Lead Director of Case Management - Registered Nurse

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Lead Director of Case Management to serve our patients in the Grandstrand North area. This position works closely and collaboratively with the members of their Physician team and with regional leadership. This position will be working daily in our Myrtle Beach office. This is a full-time, salary-based 8-hour position (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) (Monday–Friday).

Your Health is currently looking for a Director of Case Management to join our growing urgent care family. The Director of Case Management is responsible for coordinating medical services to achieve excellence in clinical outcomes, patient experience, and cost containment in accordance with best practices and nationally accepted standards of care. The Director of Case Management will support a culture of compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations. This position works closely and collaborates with the members of the care group and with regional leadership. A successful Director of Case Management will be able to perform these essential duties and responsibilities.
