This full-time, salary-based position oversees care group operations and collaborates with leadership and staff to drive efficiency. Candidates should have nursing credentials and leadership experience in healthcare management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; Nursing license preferred and RN in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years in healthcare management or related field and 3 years in leadership.
• Experience developing and implementing clinical programs and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise, and manage interdisciplinary care teams to align with protocols and performance expectations.
• Provide strategic direction to staff within the care group for operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
