This full-time role focuses on efficiency, patient outcomes, and experience, with daily presence in the Rock Hill office and collaboration across leadership and clinical teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in nursing, an active RN license, and a track record in healthcare management and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare management and 3 years in leadership.
• Experience developing clinical programs and quality improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of value-based care, primary care billing, and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage interdisciplinary care team members.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to staff within the care group.
• Oversee and promote patient-centered care through interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Monitor and optimize group efficiency and adherence to KPIs.
• Coordinate ongoing training, mentoring, and professional development for team members.
• On call may be required.
