Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr. Project Specialist to provide cross-functional project support and coordination across oncology and cardiology clinical studies. You will collaborate with internal teams, drive process improvements, and leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in clinical research or project coordination, a Life Sciences degree, and experience with pharma/CRO environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of clinical research or project coordination experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry or related field.
• Experience in pharma, CRO, or similar clinical research environments.
• Therapeutic area experience in Oncology and/or Cardiology preferred.
• Experience using AI tools or creating AI agents/automation is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Act as a proactive team member, balancing strategic and operational tasks.
• Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies for clinical studies (Oncology/Cardiology).
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support study execution and objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements and drive project initiatives with ownership.
• Leverage AI tools to improve team efficiency and project activities.
