Syneos Health is seeking a Sr. Project Specialist to provide project support and coordinates across multiple clinical initiatives, primarily in Oncology and Cardiology. Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in clinical research, project coordination, or related roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or similar clinical research environment.
- Therapeutic area experience ideally Oncology and/or Cardiology.
- Experience using AI tools or creating AI agents/automation is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
- Act as a proactive team member, balancing strategic and operational duties.
- Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies for clinical studies (Oncology/Cardiology).
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support study execution and objectives.
- Contribute to process improvements and drive project initiatives with ownership.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve team efficiency and project activities.
