Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in clinical research or project coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Experience in pharma, CRO, or clinical research environment.
• Therapeutic area experience in Oncology and/or Cardiology.
• Experience using AI tools or creating AI agents/automations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Act as a proactive team member balancing strategic and operational tasks.
• Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention for oncology/cardiology studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support study execution.
• Contribute to process improvements and drive projects with ownership.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve team efficiency.
