• Lead clinical studies/programs with strategic oversight and timelines.
• Develop operational strategy aligned with asset strategy and regulatory needs.
• Manage budgets, resources, and cross-functional coordination across global study teams.
• Coach and develop clinical operations staff, including remote management as needed.
• Ensure research programs comply with ICH/GCP and AbbVie policies.
