Job summary

You will coordinate stakeholder needs, develop plans, monitor risks, and evaluate ROI to drive improved patient care and process efficiency.

The role requires five years of program management experience in healthcare, PMP/PgMP or equivalent, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills with SharePoint/Visio usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with IT focus.
• PMP, PgMP or equivalent certification required.
• 5+ years in program management of complex healthcare projects.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; report building with SharePoint/Visio.

Responsibilities

• Oversees implementation and optimization of clinical informatics programs.
• Develops project plans, timelines, and resources for informatics initiatives.
• Manages portfolio of informatics programs ensuring alignment with goals and ROI.
• Communicates with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of outputs.
• Monitors risks, tracks benefits realization, and evaluates ROI and outcomes.
• Develops governance guidelines and coordinates governance activities.
