Job summary

Strive Pharmacy is seeking a Clinical Care Pharmacist Manager to lead the Clinical Care Supervisor and Trainer teams, ensuring accurate, compliant, and clinically sound service to patients and providers.

This role owns strategic and operational health of the clinical care function-identifying process gaps, developing solutions in partnership with other department leaders, and driving those solutions through the supervisor team to the frontline.

Qualifications

Active Arizona Pharmacist License
Experience with pharmacy operations and clinical decision-making
Proficiency in call center tools, pharmacy management systems, and workforce management software

Responsibilities

Lead the Clinical Care Supervisors and Trainer to deliver accurate, compliant service.
Identify process gaps and drive improvements with the supervisor team.
Partner with Operations, Compliance, and Training to align clinical and operational goals.
Translate strategy into actionable plans and ensure adoption across teams.
Maintain adherence to SOPs and quality standards while prioritizing patient safety.
