Job summary
Strive Pharmacy, a personalized compounding pharmacy based in the United States, seeks a Clinical Care Pharmacist Manager to lead the Clinical Care Supervisors and Trainer team. The role centers on delivering accurate, compliant, and clinically sound service to patients and providers, while shaping strategic health of the clinical care function.
The ideal candidate will drive process optimization, partner with Operations, Compliance, and Training, and ensure SOP adherence and staff development.
Qualifications
- Experience with pharmacy operations and clinical decision-making.
- Proficiency in call center tools, pharmacy management systems, and workforce management software.
Responsibilities
- Lead Clinical Care Supervisors and Trainer team; set expectations and coach.
- Foster accountability and continuous improvement in clinical care.
- Conduct regular 1:1s focusing on performance and growth.
- Own process improvement initiatives from ideation to implementation.
- Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and Training on staffing and SOPs.
- Translate strategic decisions into actionable plans and drive adoption.
