Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Transformation Program Leader to drive the Operating Model and Technology change for a strategic client. You will lead cross-functional teams across Product, Technology and Operations to design and execute the strategic roadmap for a large-scale asset management transformation, focusing on stability, resiliency, and scalable service delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and extensive experience in financial services

Qualifications

• Technical bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of financial services experience with a large firm or advisory/consulting firm.
• Hands-on global support experience
• Leadership in transformation and change management
• Strong domain expertise in Investment Operations, especially Middle Office

Responsibilities

• Develop a roadmap to deliver the target operating model.
• Lead the integration of front-office strategy with Asset Management applications.
• Manage large-scale programs and initiatives across global teams.
• Drive automation and modernization to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Foster relationships with product and operations managers and stakeholders.
