Job summary

Vistage Worldwide, Inc. in San Diego is seeking a Client Success Advisor to serve as the primary contact for chairs and members, delivering world-class service and driving retention.

This full-time role requires regular calls with C-level clients and collaboration with internal teams to maximize member engagement. Based at our San Diego headquarters, the CSA supports the UK Chairs and membership base while building long-lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with C-level clientele.
• Project management or business development background preferred.
• Previous experience in solutions selling/relationship selling to C-suite clients.
• 5+ years’ experience with inside phone sales/consulting/customer service.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM tool (2+ years) preferred.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills with ability to prioritize workload.
• Ability to diffuse potential conflict in a professional manner.
• Some travel within the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct essential duties with a focus on customer success and retention.
• Engage with Chairs, members, and staff to maximize retention and onboarding experiences.
• Build strong relationships within the Vistage community across Chairs, members, and internal departments.
• Support, problem solving, coaching, and promotion of Vistage initiatives for members.
