Job summary

Vistage is the world’s largest CEO coaching and peer advisory organization for SMB leaders. The Client Success Advisor, based in our San Diego headquarters, focuses on customer service and member retention, serving as the single contact for UK Chairs and membership.

This role requires tact, empathy and the ability to influence actions through phone and email conversations with senior stakeholders. The position emphasizes building enduring relationships, re-engaging active members, and directing

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with C-level clientele.
• Experience with inside sales/consulting/customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Corporate Advocate onboarding new members and supporting Chairs.
• Provide solutions across coaching, problemsolving, and promoting Vistage initiatives.
• Develop strong relationships within the Vistage community with Chairs, members and staff.
• Attend team activities, engagements and events; travel locally in San Diego and within the US as needed.
• Maintain a high level of service with a 24-hour SLA where applicable.
