Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration.
• 7–10 years in healthcare, health insurance, brokerage/consulting, or HR/benefits.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages a complex book of business with advanced guarantees and at-risk contracts.
• Develops insights from population health and health care utilization data.
• Participates in new health center implementations with Sales and Operations.
• Leads renewal negotiations and identifies growth opportunities within accounts.
• Advises clients on engagement plans, products, and services; mentors peers.
