Morningstar, Inc. is seeking a Direct Customer Success Manager to provide superior service to institutional investment software clients and users of Morningstar Direct.

You will interact with clients across asset management, investment consulting, insurance, wealth management, and plan sponsor companies that use Morningstar Direct and other institutional products. This role requires occasional client-facing travel within an assigned territory and is based in the Chicago, New York, San Francisco,

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of customer service, training, or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about Morningstar Direct software and its data, functionality, and features.
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts and participate in account reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify new user groups and business opportunities to meet revenue goals.
• Convert product trials into subscriptions and promote product usage to maximize client retention.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and consultative account management.
• Provide feedback to product teams and developers.
