Responsibilities

• Educate clients about Morningstar Direct software, focusing on data, functionality and features.
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts and participate in account reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify new user groups and business opportunities to meet revenue goals.
• Convert product trials into subscriptions and promote product usage to maximize client retention.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and consultative account management skills.
• Provide feedback to product teams and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
• Contribute to market research, marketing and promotional events as needed.
