Morningstar, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Morningstar Direct reporting solutions.

You will lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans, aligning with Product Management, UX, Campaign Marketing, and Sales to drive client adoption and revenue growth. You will partner with the Director of Product Marketing for Direct Software to shape workflows, craft compelling narratives, and enable global client engagement across asset management, wealth management, and research

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, marketing, sales enablement, or a related function within financial services, fintech, software, or investment technology.
• Strong ability to communicate complex product concepts in a simple, customer-focused manner.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, and client-facing teams.
• Experience creating positioning, messaging, sales enablement materials, product launches, or adoption programs that drive measurable outcomes.
• Experience conducting market research, win-loss analysis, competitive intelligence, or customer segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop positioning, messaging, objection handling, content, and sales tools that communicate value to client segments.
• Partner with Product Management and UX to translate capabilities into customer narratives.
• Craft and execute go-to-market plans for new reporting enhancements and releases.
• Understand client workflows and reporting use cases to inform product priorities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Client Success to address adoption barriers and improve engagement.
• Develop competitive intelligence and selling tools for client-facing teams.
