Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in customer service, account management, sales or business development, ideally with strategic/high-value accounts.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in managing large accounts and closing deals.
• Experience in consultative selling and developing tailored solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the customer service team to deliver exceptional client support and meet performance targets.
• Serve as senior-level point of contact for key strategic clients and manage long-term relationships.
• Drive revenue opportunities through cross-selling, upselling, and contract renewals.
• Lead account planning, client engagement, and strategic reviews with stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with strategic clients to secure favorable agreements.
• Analyze market trends and provide input to product and service teams.
