Job summary

ARCHER Systems, LLC is seeking a driven Client Engagement Manager in Austin, TX to lead strategic relationships with key client law firms and advocate for clients within ARCHER. You will manage complex engagements, ensure service excellence, and drive revenue through upselling opportunities.

In this role, you’ll coordinate with sales, operations, and leadership to address client needs, resolve escalations, and deliver end-to-end client experiences with a focus on retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years in client relationship management or related roles.
• Experience in tech-driven legal or professional services preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with client law firms.
• Proactively manage client expectations and satisfaction.
• Identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve client needs.
• Oversee end-to-end client engagement and service lifecycle.
