Job summary

ARCHER Systems is seeking a Mass Tort Lien Resolution Supervisor in Austin, TX. You will lead a team of 4–7 Case Analysts, drive timely lien resolutions, and ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance across a diverse mass tort portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience leading teams in lien resolution or related operations.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to document workflows, create training materials, and drive standard processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Case Analysts to resolve liens accurately and timely.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
• Monitor metrics, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure quality controls, audits, and documentation standards are followed.
• Provide guidance on lien resolution strategies and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and knowledge resources for US and India teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive process, system, and reporting improvements.
• Report status, risks, and progress to management and stakeholders.
