Medscape, a division of WebMD, is seeking an experienced Client Success professional to join the Client Success team. You will lead day-to-day accounts, build strong client relationships, and ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client needs and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or will consider related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with a combination of digital, agency and healthcare experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Service.

Responsibilities

• Drive client satisfaction through expert management and tailored service.
• Cultivate collaborative partnerships from sales to execution.
• Oversee day-to-day partnership with all departments and ensure project health.
• Prepare materials and maintain clear client communications.
• Deliver solutions timely, aligned with client goals.
• Coordinate with Sales to align on client and internal goals.
• Act as SME for assigned clients/brands.
• Support training and development for clients.
