Job summary

Medscape, a division of WebMD, is seeking an experienced client services professional to join our Client Success Organization in Newark, NJ. You will manage post-sales accounts, ensure timely delivery of Medscape solutions, and build strong partnerships with Sales and internal teams.

The role emphasizes organization, multi-tasking, and clear communication as we leverage AI tools to improve efficiency. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; related experience considered.
• 1–2 years in digital, agency and healthcare experience.
• 1–2 years in Account Management or Client Service.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, with onsite presence as needed.
• Support client satisfaction through high-caliber service.
• Partner with Sales to meet client and internal goals.
• Manage day-to-day partnerships across sales, execution, and launch.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure project health and reviews.
• Prepare and distribute client status reports and kick-off materials.
• Ensure timely delivery of Medscape solutions.
• Learn Medscape processes to boost efficiency.
• Support revenue goals and understand revenue delivery.
• Travel to client sites as required.
