Job summary

Medscape, a division of WebMD, is seeking an experienced client services professional to join our Client Success team. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, lead day-to-day accounts, and ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience.
• 3–4 years of digital, agency and healthcare experience.
• 1–2 years in Account Management or Client Service.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/HCP advertising or healthcare is strongly desired.
• Familiarity with HCP-based clients including MLR process.
• Understanding of digital advertising.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Foster and nurture strong client relationships.
• Support overall client satisfaction with high-caliber service.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of Medscape solutions with client needs in mind.
• Partner with Sales to meet client objectives and drive internal goals.
• Coordinate cross-department collaboration for project health, reviews, and launches.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, including kickoff documents and status reports.
• Learn Medscape processes and products to maximize efficiency.
• Support revenue delivery and team revenue goals.
• Travel to client locations as needed.
