Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Client Success leader to manage post-sale relationships with Law Firms, driving retention and expansion within existing accounts. You will own client engagement, onboarding, and adoption milestones tied to carrier launches while coordinating across legal, operations, and administrative stakeholders.

The role focuses on expanding usage, identifying cross-sell opportunities with Field Sales, and delivering regular executive reporting on portfolio health and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of sales/client growth leadership experience, ideally in legal, insurance, or records/health-information services.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Lifecycle Management (Post-Sale Ownership).
• Onboarding training and adoption milestones.
• Drive organic expansion within installed base through seat growth and locations.
• Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly portfolio health audits and CRM discipline.
