Zocks Communications, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Product Success to lead a team of Product Advisors and accelerate activation across SMB customers in the financial services space.

You will recruit and mentor a high-caliber team, partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales, and design scalable programs to educate customers, drive adoption, and realize value from Zocks. This role blends building and operating in a fast-paced, AI-forward environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in scale customer success, implementation, activation or similar.
• 3+ years direct people leadership experience building and managing a team.
• Prior experience in wealthtech/fintech or financial services is a plus.
• Creative, systematic thinker with a focus on scaling and automation.
• Proactive problem solver who uses data to drive improvement and insights.

Responsibilities

• Own product utilization and value realization for SMB customers.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-caliber Product Advisors team.
• Develop and implement data-driven adoption playbooks with GTM and Product leadership.
• Drive time-to-value for new SMB customers through scalable education programs.
• Create scalable, one-to-many solutions for product education and activation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Product to identify expansion opportunities.
