In this hybrid role based in Charlottesville, VA, you’ll work with Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Strategy to shape and win transformative deals while guiding workshops and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital product strategy, management consulting, or a high-growth technology company.
• Proven CX expertise within the contact center and enterprise environments.
• Ability to scope, refine, and pitch commercial opportunities across pre-sale to post-sale expansion.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for C-level audiences.
• Deep knowledge of digital strategy, user research, journey mapping, and design thinking.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools and emerging tech trends.
• Experience designing and facilitating strategic stakeholder workshops.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial narrative for major client proposals and investments from research to C-level presentations.
• Shape the pipeline early with audience-tailored messaging for digital transformation leaders.
• Design and lead strategic workshops to clarify direction and produce actionable recommendations.
• Map business and user pain points to TELUS Digital service offerings across industries.
