Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Strategy to own high-stakes commercial investments from pre-sales pitches through portfolio expansion. You will translate digital trends, contact center pressures, user insights, and AI opportunities into scalable strategies for Fortune 500 and mid-market clients.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Commercial Operations, Strategy, Design, Engineering, and AI & Data Solutions to shape and win transformative deals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital product strategy, management consulting, or a high-growth technology company.
• CX expertise within the contact center.
• Proven ability to scope, refine, and pitch commercial opportunities, cross-functional from pre-sale discovery through post-sale expansion.
• Executive communicator and storyteller for C-level audiences.
• Deep command of digital strategy including user research, journey mapping, and roadmapping.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools and willingness to explore emerging tech.
• Experience designing stakeholder workshops and turning input into direction.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial narrative: partner with Sales and Industry Leaders to build end-to-end narratives for major client proposals and investments.
• Shape the pipeline early: catalyze portfolio expansion and new logo opportunities during the sales cycle.
• Facilitate strategic workshops: design sessions that clarify stakeholders and synthesize outputs into actionable recommendations.
• Map business and user pain to TELUS Digital offerings across industries.
