TELUS Digital seeks a Senior Manager, Client Strategy to own high-stakes commercial investments from pre-sales pitches through portfolio expansion. Translate digital trends, contact center pressures, user insights, and AI opportunities into actionable strategies for Fortune 500 and mid-market clients.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Commercial Operations, Strategy, Design, Engineering, and AI & Data Solutions to shape and win transformative deals in a hybrid

Qualifications

7+ years in digital product strategy, management consulting, or a high-growth technology company
CX expertise within the contact center and operations
Proven ability to scope, refine, and pitch commercial opportunities cross-functionally
Executive storytelling and communication for C-level audiences
Deep command of digital strategy, user research, journey mapping, and design thinking
Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools and emerging technologies
Experience designing and facilitating strategic stakeholder workshops

Responsibilities

Own the commercial narrative with Sales and Industry Leaders to build end-to-end proposals for major clients
Shape the pipeline early by enabling portfolio expansion and new logo opportunities across industries
Design and run strategic workshops to create clear, actionable recommendations and digital directions
Map business and user pain to TELUS Digital offerings through lean pre-sales research
