Job summary

You will lead a team of managers and professionals, coach staff, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining regulatory compliance and security standards. A strong track record in lending operations and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of lending industry or bank operations experience.
• 7–10 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Knowledge of complex loan documentation, structuring, and servicing procedures, as well as state, federal, investor, and bank policies.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem solving, interpersonal, analytical, decision making, motivational, and customer service skills.
• Advanced proficiency in loan origination and banking software; proficient in Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of operational process improvement methods and banking technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team within loan servicing to ensure accuracy and high customer service standards.
• Design, implement, and maintain loan operation systems and policies; drive cost efficiency and quality.
• Prepare and monitor department budget; perform assessments and corrective actions with direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and internal audits; mitigate operational risks.
• Coach employees, conduct performance reviews, and lead change management initiatives.
• Oversee vendor relationships related to loan operations and systems.
• Maintain security and privacy standards; ensure regulatory compliance in designated areas.
• Foster Columbia corporate culture and act as a positive example.
