Job summary

WEX Inc. seeks a Senior Channel Success Manager to bridge Service and Sales, supporting brokers and consultants in selling health benefit products.

You will train consultants, manage strategic relationships, and support the sales process while ensuring customer satisfaction and HIPAA privacy compliance. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, travel 3–7 times per year, and alignment with top consultants regionally and nationally.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in account management/relationship roles.
• Excellent communication, prioritizing and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle high workload volumes during peak service seasons.
• Experience presenting and leading meetings with multiple attendees.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management with top revenue generating consulting channels.
• Provide training and resources to consultants to help them sell and support health benefit products.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive channel sales growth.
• Respond to escalations within 24 hours and coordinate with appropriate teams.
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, service, operations).
