Job summary

Oliver Inc. is seeking an Account Manager, Client Services to build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure delivery of high-quality services.

You will be the main contact between Oliver and clients, coordinating with internal teams to drive processes and provide effective solutions. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, handling orders and specs, and presenting proofs with timely delivery dates.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of experience in a customer service, sales or manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, ERP and CRM systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• High school diploma; college degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand client's business goals and challenges to provide effective solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and ensure their needs are met.
• Coordinate client orders, samples, estimates and job specifications.
• Facilitate internal information flow to ensure production meets specs.
• Manage CRM contacts, track interactions, and schedule delivery dates.
• Present proofs, obtain approvals, and confirm delivery dates.
• Oversee onsite experiences and client visits when required.
• Audit open sales orders and inventory for accurate billing.
