Job summary

O.H. Partners seeks an Account Supervisor for Client Services to act as the primary client contact, ensuring campaigns stay on strategy, budget and schedule. You will lead a team, manage timelines and budgets, and partner with senior management to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing or Business related preferred or combination of education and experience.
• 6-7 years' marketing communications experience preferred.
• 5-6 years' advertising agency experience preferred.
• 2-4 years' experience leading interdisciplinary teams.
• 2-3 years' experience managing direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and lead a team of 4+ to execute advertising activities for each client, including scope of work and budget.
• Proficient in campaign development across brand strategies, integrated creative campaigns, and production from start to finish.
• Initiate and manage client correspondence, including scope of work and cost estimates.
• Manage timelines for all creative projects and media assignments with support teams.
• Develop strategic plans, presentations, and proposals and provide budget reporting.
