Qualifications

• Leadership experience at senior level in homecare or healthcare operations.
• Ability to design and optimize end-to-end operational processes for a new market.
• Strong knowledge of state homecare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record building and developing teams in fast-growing environments.
• Ability to forge partnerships with regulators, providers and referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch and ongoing operations of the homecare business in the state.
• Build and manage processes across intake, scheduling, payroll, billing, and care coordination.
• Develop procedures and workflows to support efficient service delivery.
• Monitor performance, identify issues, and implement solutions.
• Oversee compliance with state regulations and establish partnerships with state agencies and providers.
• Manage and develop the local operations team and onboarding processes.
• Support recruiting and staffing as the organization expands.
• Ensure clear communication between intake, coordination, payroll, compliance, and field operations.
• Work with leadership on expansion strategy and ongoing improvements.
