Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Leader to own end-to-end client experience across strategic accounts, guiding engagement, service delivery, and growth. The role reports to Multi Tower Services Leader India and is a Full-Time position based in the United States.

You will lead multiple delivery teams in a matrix environment, drive value, governance, and client outcomes while mentoring leaders and ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related.
• Postgraduate qualification in Business Management or related field is preferred.
• Significant experience in IT services, consulting, managed services, enterprise delivery, or client-account leadership.
• Demonstrated experience managing strategic accounts, complex client engagements, or large delivery portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Owns client relationship management across strategic accounts and ensures high-quality service delivery.
• Leads governance forums, business reviews, and strategic account discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Manages financial performance including revenue, profitability, and cost optimization.
• Develops account-growth strategies with cross-functional teams and pursues new business opportunities.
• Leads cross-functional teams, fosters a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
