Job summary

You will also assist the Branch Manager, handle customer escalations, and maintain branch operations, along with supporting new processes. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and relevant licenses, along with experience in customer service and the financial sector.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with customer service.
• 3-5 years in a security/financial services capacity.
• Notary certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact at the branch.
• Assist the Branch Manager and sales/support staff.
• Coordinate and maintain branch paperwork and operations flow.
