SEI seeks a results-driven Client Relationship Manager in Pennsylvania to grow revenue and deepen executive-level partnerships. You will manage the client relationship, develop account plans, and drive cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with solutions, operations, and marketing.

The role emphasizes strategic consulting, client profitability forecasting, and maintaining referenceability through high NPS scores. Travel up to 10% is required as you expand SEI's offerings.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing revenue and manage overall client relationship for targeted profitability.
• Develop and manage client account plans and annual reviews.
• Conduct annual business planning with clients and provide strategic recommendations.
• Cross-sell solutions and services to maximize product profitability.
• Foster executive relationships at the C-suite and with key influencers.
• Forecast existing business using client plans and profitability data.
• Collaborate with Account Manager, Solutions, Operations, and Marketing to meet client needs.
• Maintain referenceability through high NPS scores.
