Old National Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build and strengthen client relationships by delivering personalized financial advice and solutions. You will focus on understanding client needs, guiding them to Old National’s products and services, and driving growth across the banking center.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, meaningful conversations, and effective problem resolution to deliver outstanding client experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in banking, retail, sales, or a client-facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• NMLS registered or eligible to register with NMLS.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships by understanding needs and delivering personalized financial solutions.
• Proactively engage clients through outreach, follow-up, and ongoing relationship management.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services to meet client goals.
• Partner with internal specialists to connect clients to broader capabilities when appropriate.
• Deliver a high-quality, consistent client experience across all interactions.
