You will create a positive client experience through proactive outreach, meaningful conversations, and effective problem resolution, contributing to banking center growth and sales performance.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• Experience in banking, retail, sales, or client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver strong client service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
• Ability to recommend financial products and apply sales practices.
• NMLS registered or eligible to register.
