Job summary

Choice Legal is seeking a detail-oriented Client Relations Retention Specialist to support client satisfaction and operational success. You will liaise with the sales team to onboard clients and integrate procedures for new and existing relationships, providing a dedicated resource for escalations and feedback.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with a focus on accurate, timely updates and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior work experience in a legal services environment, insurance claims office, or Customer Service/Sales.
• Familiarity with med-legal terminology and HIPAA requirements.
• Must have good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Must be highly self-motivated and self-directed.
• Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly.
• Must be able to stay focused and concentrate under normal or heavy distractions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships.
• Liaise with the sales team to onboard clients and introduce operational procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with paralegals, attorneys and adjusters.
• Provide escalation support and feedback to senior management.
• Conduct audits and review data to anticipate gaps or issues.
• Monitor client base to prevent customer satisfaction concerns or order delays.
• Communicate delays and reasons clearly to clients and coordinate required information.
• Prepare confidential correspondence, reports and complex documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet client satisfaction expectations.
• Maintain client accounts by analyzing needs to achieve satisfaction.
