Job summary

Choice Legal is seeking a detail oriented Client Relations Retention Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on retaining clients, supporting the sales team during onboarding, and integrating operational procedures for new and existing client relationships.

The schedule is Monday to Friday 8am-5pm EST, with an emphasis on building long-term client partnerships and addressing client needs promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in legal services, insurance claims, or customer service/sales.
• Familiarity with medical-legal terminology and HIPAA requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop client accounts and relationships.
• Liaise with sales to onboard and support clients.
• Escalations, research and feedback for senior management.
• Audit data to anticipate issues and inform operations.
• Monitor orders and inform clients of delays and reasons.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
