DTCC is seeking an Operational Client Relationship Management Director to serve as a trusted strategic advisor to major clients. The role focuses on analyzing client use of products and services to enhance efficiency, drive revenue, and improve the client experience.

You will identify metrics, build data-driven insights, and collaborate with Risk, Product, and Operations teams. The role requires strong consultative skills, the ability to engage with executives, and a track record of growing

Qualificações

• Experience leading client relationship programs and managing senior-level client engagements.
• Ability to articulate business drivers and DTCC capabilities to executives.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver client value.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver proactive account management and deepen client relationships.
• Develop knowledge of client business and engage with C-suite executives.
• Articulate business drivers to senior DTCC leadership and pursue revenue opportunities.
• Engage at high-level strategic and operational agendas and relate DTCC solutions to client needs.
