DTCC invites a seasoned Relationship Management Director to oversee all client relations with top Investment Managers in the financial services sector. This role focuses on growing revenue, acting as the Voice of the Client, and guiding DTCC advisory engagements and industry participation.

The position emphasizes building strategic account plans, cross-functional leadership, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction across DTCC's global client base. Hybrid work model is supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience managing investment management clients across clearance and settlement, post-trade, or other business development areas.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Tier 1 & 2 Investment Managers.
• Knowledge of derivatives and securities market practices, treasury markets preferred.
• Knowledge of digital assets, tokenization nice to have.

The Impact You Will Have In This Role

The Relationship Management Director will oversee all client relations for DTCC with high profile (tier 1 and tier 2) Investment Managers in the financial services industry, growing the businesses and driving revenue. The Relationship Manager is the Voice of the Client and a trusted advisor who is responsible for overall customer satisfaction and ensuring optimization of customer use of Company services. The incumbent will also be DTCC's point of contact for participation in industry organizations, panels, as well as DTCC advisory boards and panels.

Your Primary Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for strategic relationship management of key Investment Manager/Asset Manager customers across DTCC business lines.
• Establish and build relationships with key clients to deepen and grow partnerships between DTCC and clients.
• Lead and participate in appropriate cross-functional team discussions to provide client perspective/feedback.
• Create and execute account plans that will maintain and grow Company revenue
• Provide strategy, guidance, and expertise to ensure seamless support of DTCC’s global client base
• Provide guidance on industry related initiatives affecting clients
• Ensure that team coordinates closely with Product Management, Operations and other support areas
• Coordinate client participation in DTCC sponsored events and other groups
• Coordinate support activities and client surveys for Business Units and research and design purposes
• Mitigates risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
