Job summary

CareTria seeks a Client Services Program Lead to manage a base of clients and serve as the primary contact for ongoing business in Louisville, KY. You will coordinate with the Account Manager to implement new programs and ensure program health, working across departments to execute activities and resolve issues.

Responsibilities include reviewing dashboards, supporting client reviews, preparing work orders, and addressing escalations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent certificate training/experience.
• Approximately two to four years’ experience in a customer service environment with ability to lead projects with minimal supervision and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between the client and internal departments to translate business needs into instructions.
• Coordinate with Knipper departments to ensure programs, docs, and setups are completed.
• Execute new and existing programs to completion with required quality.
• Review business rules and trackers to identify gaps and fix inaccuracies.
• Monitor daily dashboards and reports for trends and performance.
