Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of directly related experience with three years of management background required.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary escalation point between program clients and UL.
• Monitor client program KPIs/scorecards and report trends to the organization.
• Lead initiatives with Operations, Support Services, QA, Sales, and Business Development.
