Job summary

Stride Consulting in the United States is looking for a Client Principal to own, grow, and protect a portfolio of strategic client accounts while serving as a trusted advisor to senior product and technology executives. This senior, client-facing leadership role carries direct P&L accountability.

Client Principals manage multimillion-dollar portfolios and drive expansion through new and extended SOWs, partnering with delivery teams to ensure outcomes and value realization.

Qualifications

• Experience owning and growing strategic client accounts in consulting or professional services.
• Background selling and delivering custom software engineering and/or AI services.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar portfolios.
• Executive presence and strong consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial success and P&L of a portfolio of strategic client accounts.
• Drive quarterly revenue targets through new and expanded SOWs.
• Build advisory-level relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Position and sell Agentic AI solutions as core drivers of client value, including autonomous workflows and AI-enabled delivery models.
• Translate client pain points into AI-led Statements of Work, including AI readiness assessments and enterprise workflow transformation.
• Create executive alignment around AI-driven ROI, including productivity gains and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Delivery Leaders to shape and close high-value engagements.
• Leverage Stride’s chair and CEO to elevate relationships and unlock growth.
