Job summary

Correlation One is remote-friendly and focused on enterprise client partnerships in AI workforce development. This role owns senior stakeholder relationships, shapes account strategy, and drives growth, renewal health, and expansion across programs.

You will lead diverse teams to deliver on client commitments, translate business goals into roadmaps, and manage risk with a data-driven, value-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years in strategic account management or related fields.
• Ability to translate client goals into actionable roadmaps and outcomes.
• Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise client relationships and drive measurable business impact.
• Build strategic account plans that connect client priorities to delivery and value realization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across learning, program operations, product, marketing, analytics, sales, and leadership.
• Identify renewal, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities and shape the right Correlation One solutions.
• Lead executive check-ins and business reviews translating program data and client feedback into decisions and next steps.
