Job summary

Correlation One is seeking a Director of Strategic Client Partnerships to own a portfolio of enterprise client relationships and translate AI workforce development into measurable business impact. You will be the strategic partner who understands the client’s business, maps stakeholders, and mobilizes Correlation One teams to deliver against it.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise client success, consulting, business transformation, workforce transformation, or complex program delivery.
• Proven ability to own complex enterprise relationships from strategy through execution, including stakeholder management, delivery oversight, value realization, renewal health, and expansion planning.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with enterprise-level stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to turn complex information into clear narratives and actionable steps.
• Ability to drive alignment across internal teams without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the executive relationship map for enterprise clients and build trust with economic buyers and stakeholders.
• Build and manage strategic account plans linking client priorities to delivery and renewal/expansion.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver against commitments and business outcomes.
• Identify risks early and create mitigation plans to avoid escalations.
• Lead client check-ins, updates, and business reviews to translate data into decisions and a value story.
• Identify renewal, upsell, and expansion opportunities and shape solutions around client goals.
• Create repeatable account-management practices and value-measurement tools.
• Track metrics on client health, adoption, business impact, renewal risk, and growth.
• Collaborate with Sales and Growth on commercial strategy, SOWs, renewals, and sequencing.
