Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Client Partner for our Retail and Consumer Goods Practice. You will be responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope.

You will work with senior management to build an account plan and manage client relationships based on that plan. You will oversee client management with a P&L of $30MM to $40MM, collaborating with delivery teams to fulfill commitments and pursue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent with 11+ years of experience in sales/relationship and account management.
• Experience in relevant industry/vertical and building C-level client relationships.
• Hands-on with proposal creation, leading proposals and negotiations for new opportunities.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience across wide IT and business consulting engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage client interfaces within the assigned account scope and coordinate with senior management to build an account plan.
• Oversee client management based on the account plan; manage P&L of $30MM–$40MM.
• Collaborate with delivery stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of commitments.
