Job summary

Centific seeks a Director, Client Partner to own and grow a strategic Meta relationship focused on AI training data and data services for Facebook and Instagram. This revenue-driven role manages a 10M+ book of business and requires a leader who can acquire, develop, and manage client relationships while expanding the account.

The role reports into the Client Partnership team and offers hybrid, cross-regional collaboration across product, research, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in client partnerships, enterprise account management, or strategic sales roles.
• Experience with large technology or hyperscaler accounts preferred (Meta experience a plus).
• Strong ability to develop and manage executive-level relationships and negotiate complex agreements.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a 10M+ book of business within Meta across AI training data and data services.
• Acquire and develop new engagements within the account by identifying teams, use cases, and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary client partner with Meta stakeholders, aligning product and research needs with client priorities.
• Drive account growth by exploring new use cases and expansion opportunities across Family of Apps and AI research.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract structuring, pricing, and renewal strategies with legal and finance.
• Own transaction volume and performance metrics for the account.
• Coordinate with delivery, operations, and program management to meet commitments and SLAs.
• Represent the voice of the client to shape roadmap and delivery priorities.
• Collaborate across regions to support a multi-geo client relationship.
