The role requires strong leadership, 7+ years in management, and collaboration across HR, Finance, and Logistics to optimize production, labor, and compliance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a regional/ multi-site setting.
• 7+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Transportation, Logistics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages and leads all Site Managers for the Region.
• Plans and organizes daily activities related to production and operations for multi transportation sites.
• Measures productivity using KPI, financial data, and reports to drive efficiencies.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Logistics to ensure successful operations.
• Directs shipping/receiving functions at Terminal Sites.
• Determine labor needs and present to Regional Director.
• Assist with budget preparation for operations.
• Collaborate on SOPs with internal teams.
• Address transportation issues and communicate with teams.
• Analyze load data and cost metrics to streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
